Produces a per-customer product-update brief calibrated to what each account actually uses. Runs Fridays at 14:00, reads your public changelog and a small per-account usage profile in the drive, excludes updates the account does not care about, and elevates the ones the account has explicitly asked about. The CSM forwards or paraphrases; the agent never emails customers. Quiet runs send nothing.
